About Shawn Gareau

Shawn Gareau is the owner operator of Be Cool Mechanical. He is a trained expert in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry for over 20 years and going strong! Shawn was educated in Ottawa at Algonquin college, Shawn was educated in their HVAC Technician program. Shawn is a licensed refrigeration mechanic and class “A” gas fitter. He also holds his cross connection certification. Over the years, Shawn has built up a wide range of experience in commercial applications dealing with a variety of and including: controls, boilers, pumps, make-up air systems, exhaust fans, roof top (heating and cooling), furnaces, air handlers, refrigeration, freezers, and back flow devices. Shawn expertise and extensive knowledge of commercial air conditioning, heating forced air and hydronic boiler systems include all types of controls including the latest WiFi enabled heating and AC control.
